Unfortunately we do not have this service to offer. However you are more than welcome to collect or send in your own courier.

All orders are done through our online shop. You can pay by card or paypal.

Yes, our minimum spend is £300. If your order total is below this threshold then you will not be able to submit your order.

You will need to sign for your items once collected. Once you sign for your order you are stating that you have collected the goods in good order and free from damage. Should damage or any missing parts occur after leaving our premises,  if we have the relevant part, then we will replace it free of charge, however if we do not have a replacement part or box we will not replace the damage or missing part.

No. We do not accept returns under any circumstance. Once you have signed for the goods you are stating that goods or of good standing and therefore we do not offer returns.

We are a trade only wholesaler. We do however have public open days 3-4 times a year, for one day only, which anyone can purchase or have a look around to see what type of stock we offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods are sold as seen without any warranty or guarantee.

Unless you are a trader then no you cannot. As a member of the public, you are only permitted to purchase on the set days.
Yes, unfortunately we don’t always manage to get all of our promotions into the online or printed catalogues we release. If we have released a promotion on social media for the next event then we will have at least one of them available for when the doors open.
We usually release a first edition of the catalogue 2 weeks before the event, so you can get an idea of what we’ll have in store. We then release an updated catalogue every week until the event.

Our stock is usually very limited. The majority of items we only have 1 or 2 of them in, however other items can be 5+ or even 100 of the same item. It is all dependant on what we have in stock at the time of sale.
No, all items are sold on a first come first served basis, we will not reserve items.
No. All items for the sale day are only available in our warehouse on the set day.
Yes we accept all major credit cards.

SELLER FAQ

We consider all items which fall into the Home & Garden category. Typical items include, Beds, Mattresses, Wardrobes, Sofas, Chairs, Dining Tables & Chairs, Garden Sets, Parasols, Rattan Sets, Washing Machines, Fridges, Freezers, the list goes on.

We consider all stock conditions, new, returns, faulty, damaged, parts. Anything is considered.

We are pretty flexible and in some cases, we can make a decision, make payment and clear stock within 48 hours.

Our typical and prefered method of payment is Bank transfer. Unless you have a particular preference we prefer to buy all stock on a proforma basis, all stock is paid for upfront and then collected.

No, part of the conditions of sale which we have with our suppliers is once it is collected, it is then our problem. Once it is received by us we then dispose of it and it will not return through your doors. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Our grade discriptions have changed. Please read carefully before purchasing.

This grade explanation is to be used as a guide. Whilst we make every effort to ensure we give you what we say we do, there are very few circumstances that something may slip through the net whether good or bad for you. Either way this is something which we cannot claim back from you or vice versa.

GRADE A

Furniture
This is typically Brand new stock, either surplus or clearance stock, which is unopened, unused and factory sealed. There may be the off chance that the box or packaging is slightly damaged but in most cases the inside remains intact and damage free. This is not customer returned stock.

Electricals
This type of stock is typically New, Manufacturer reboxed, In cases of appliances, unboxed but new and sealed by the manufacturers. All this stock is unused and should be in working order. (However we cannot guarantee this). In cases where grade A has been applied to appliances there may be scuffs and damage to the exterior of the item hence why buying through our site is prohibited and buying in person is essential. ISSUES WITH THIS GRADE OF STOCK WILL NOT BE RESOLVED.

GRADE B

Furniture Is generally customer returned stock. Although all the boxes are complete, i.e. box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2 are present, all of the parts and components may not be inside. They could be completely fine customer returns or they could be badly damaged unusable customer returns, hence the much lower price than grade a stock. This stock is UNCHECKED. This grade of stock is best suited to traders who are best suited to check items, build and repair where necessary. ISSUES WITH THIS GRADE OF STOCK WILL NOT BE RESOLVED. Electricals This grade is applied to all electricals which have been untested and or may be in a used condition. This stock may or may not be in working order, hence the much lower price. This stock is typically suited to specialists and traders who have the facility to test and repair where and if necessary. ISSUES WITH THIS GRADE OF STOCK WILL NOT BE RESOLVED.
